I saw Bunykinz's guide and was very impressed with it, but for Apple users like myself it is different, so here is all you have to do =]
Press - Shift - Command - 4 all at the same time , and a different mouse will come up. Just move to the place you want to start the pic at, click(hold down the mouse, don't let go!) and drag out the the place where you want to end the pic (this sounds confusing but it really isn't =] )
Then just let go, and Wa- La! It is on your Desktop ( screen) and you can immediatly upload it onto the site, or anything else =]
