first click on the post reply...dont use the quick reply box
then on the line of buttons under the post titel one of those buttons saays "others" click on it and it will have a list of a bunch of stuff two of which are horizantal and vertical scroll
to use it u have to type then highlight and click the button or u can click the button and write betwwen the two words=)
